- Under 10 boys: 8 games - play each team twice, one game per day (updated 2/11/08)
- Under 11 girls Blue: 8 games - play each team twice
- Under 11 girls White: 8 games - play each team twice (updated 2/11/08)
- Under 11-12 boys: 8 games - play each team once
- Under 11-12 girls: 8 games - play each team twice
- Under 12 boys: 9 games - play each team once
- Under 13 boys: 8 games - play each team twice (updated 2/15/08)
- Under 13-14 boys: 8 games - play each team twice. Danville and New River Blue U12B will also play New River Blue U14B.
- Under 13-14 girls: 8 games
- Flight A: FSC, Roanoke Star, Radford, Franklin County play each other twice for 6 games plus play Salem and New River once.
- Flight B: Salem, New River, Valley AFC play each other twice for four games. Salem and New River play each team in flight A once.
